Could someone explain what Braxton hicks feels like?

I've had kids before but I've never had braxton hicks so have no idea what they feel like... I've never carried past 35 weeks due to medical complications... i normally have my labour stopped 2-3 times during my pregnancy. Which ends in a few weeks hospital stay before I give birth.

I'm now 19 weeks and for the first time I've had tightening on and off for 2 days wouldn't say any more than 5 in one day... could this be hicks? Or is it two early? It's not painful just uncomfortable when it happens. Thanks in advance for your help
