Proposing to gf

I’m going to be proposing to my girlfriend soon. She was engaged once before and they broke up before getting married. Her first engagement wasn’t a surprise (they both planned and agreed upon it) and she picked out her own ring. She’s expressed if I ever propose that she wants it to be a surprise and something special, totally unlike her first one. And she’s expressed she wants a lot of people around and someone to take pictures or a video of it. I’m having a hard time coming up with somewhere to do it or a way to do it that involves a lot of people around without being totally cheesy or weird. I thought about surprising her at her job so all her co workers and patients could see (she works at a hospital) can any of you ladies or gents give me some ideas? Appreciate it
