what is wrong with me???

Ok so I've been married to my husband for 5 years now and we have a pretty good sex life overall, my only consern is I sometimes have trouble reaching orgasm. Like basically the only way I can come is by penetration. We've tried like vibrators and different positions and oral sex but nothing seems to get me there. I mean it all feels good but I can never finish just with that. It's getting to be really annoying because he feels like he's not satisfying me enough to get there and I feel like I'm not satisfying him by not getting there because he likes to try different positions and techniques and obviously they are not fulfilling for me. anyone have any suggestions or ideas about what might work for us or
