Endo and sperm
I have always had bad period cramps but was never diagnosed with endo. I went on vacation to my country and they did surgery bc I had a cyst on my left ovary and they found endo. So fast forward 3 months after my surgery and my gyno says even though I take clomid and letrozole I do ovulate but the endometriosis kills the sperm and that's why I'm not pregnant 😕 has anyone gone through this? What did you do to conceive?
