New Cycle, new Journey

I have a plan for this cycle and will be open to more suggestions from the Pros! It will be my 4th month TTC after 12 years on the pill 😦.

1. Went to gynecologist ( healthy/ normal)

2. Taking prenatal vitamins

3. Stopped drinking caffeine, drinking mainly water.

4. Using mucinex during fertile window

5. Tested my husbands sperm with at home test (healthy/normal)

6. Using preseed during first half of cycle

7. Got Ava fertility tracker I just started using

8. Using easy@home OPKs

9. Trying to do my 10,000 steps for Fitbit consistently

10. Taking 3 free yoga classes offered at work and maybe do it at home from YouTube.

11. Baby dancing about 5 days a week, everyday if possible!

I feel like I'm doing everything in my power... what else!?
