Endometriosis??

So I have had cysts on my ovaries my whole life and they put me on birth control for it and it seemed to take them away. When I would stop the birth control they would always come back. I lost my insurance a while ago and am unable to go to the doctor at this time. However I have been having really bad pain in my lower left abdomen for about 3 weeks off and on. Sometimes it hurts so bad it wakes me up but other times it doesn't hurt too bad. I just got off my period last week and today I am having really bad back pain and that pain in my lower left side. I can't get it under control it feels like back pain from your period but times 10. Also on my period I have been bleeding through a tampon with in an hour so I have to wear a tampon and pad and I usually go through the tampon and fill the pad. Also I always feel full like I eat a little bit and I feel so full it's almost a pain. I don't know what's going on! Could this be endometriosis??? Ps. No possibility of pregnancy
