Finding it hard to decide

If I should tell my best friend? We were still early, so she didn't yet know we were expecting, but she and her hubby have made a choice (which I respect) to not have children, so I'm worried she won't get it, or will be uncomfortable... Partly I feel she will understand, as she's a pediatric nurse, but I worry... I'd rather have her indirect support than lose our closeness, thoughts?
