I will be 22 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I want to start doing food prep and make healthier food choices. I've noticed that the past couple of weeks if I get anything fast food, it messes with my stomach really bad. Like I feel like I have food poisoning bad 😰 I have a 2 year old and am high risk due to other problems and honestly just don't have energy to cook every single day. So I would appreciate some food prep/simple easy dinner ideas. Nothing with too much acidic food (spaghetti sauce etc). Thank you in advance.
