Anyone else get frequent heart palpitations?

I've been getting these a little more frequent now and it's starting to scare me a little. I read that they usually don't mean anything and there are different causes for them when they happen but it still concerns me. I'm a worry wart as it is so this isn't helping lol

I got 3 throughout my entire pregnancy and they freaked me out! I would definitely talk to your doctor if they are becoming more frequent or worrying you.

You should talk to your GP about it. They will probably send you to a cardiologist. Even though heart palpitations are usually harmless, they should ALWAYS be investigated. 
My issue ended up being something called "inappropriate sinus tachycardia". Which basically means, my heart beats way faster than it should. But there isn't any apparent reason for it (not caused by any malfunctions of the brain or the hearts natural pacemaker, no dietary reasons why it would happen) it's completely harmless - no one has ever died from it, and it doesn't  appear to shorten lifespan at all, but it can be extremely debilitating (which was the case with me. It kept me bed ridden for sometimes weeks at a time, and I would pass out even during mild exercise) but I'm now on medication for it (propranolol) and have not had an issue since 😊

You need to start taking vitamins. Take magnesium. it helps really good.. if it’s happening everyday for awhile then see a doctor , it could be something else .
