piercing... nipple piercings

so I have always been a big fan of tattoos and pericings ...so I have always wanted my nipples periced I finally got it done for my 26th birthday and OMG I love em I haven't changed my jew yet... but anyways my question is has anyone had them done before and dealt with the liquid IG you can call it coming out I talked to the tattoo shop they say it's normal and it will end w. e. I am just like when is it suppose to end so help anyone else know the time frame for it to stop
