miscarriage??

my period started 10 days early so I didn't get a chance to do a pregnancy test.

I'm losing a LOT of blood (5-7 tampons a day (just found out I shouldn't use them if there's a chance it is a miscarriage))

my period should have settled down by now but it's still heavy which isn't normal I usually have a light flow at this point.

taking the tampon out there's been a few little clots (usually don't have any)

does it sound like a miscarriage?

edit: I've also got VERY sensitive boobs especially my nipples. bra or shit hurt to have on
