EXTREME PRESSURE 😣

So I posted a little over a week ago about swelling and being light headed almost to the point of fainting. I went to the doctors and my blood pressure was high so the told me to take it easy , call of anything changes and that they will see me in 2 weeks. Well starting last night I've had a non stop, extreme pressure like feeling in my vaginal area. So bad to the point that if I try to stand up I'm hunched over, can't stand up straight. It kept me up all night because every time I moved it felt like someone was trying to push my uterus out. I'm only 31 weeks 4 days. Baby is still moving around. Not as much but a few kicks here and there. I'm just worried because I honestly cannot walk or stand up straight. Is this normal? Should I call my dr? Please any help is needed.
