Worried 😩😭

Had positive 4 days ago on a first response

Had bloods taken.. hcg was 13. Scan showed tiny sac making me 3 weeks

Clearblue and first response still positive today but cheapies with a sensitivity of 25 are still negative.. am I having a chemical pregnancy?
