Pregnant after recurrent loss

I’ve had 3 miscarriages in three years all with my fiancé

1 blighted ovum

2 5 weeks

3 7weeks after heartbeat was heard

I’m pregnant again and just heard the heartbeat at 6 weeks

I’ve had every test run and everything has come back normal I’m taking 1 baby aspirin a day and 400mg of progesterone.

My baby’s heartbeat was very strong at 114bpm at exactly 6 weeks

All my levels are doubling sometimes even more than they should and my progesterone is a 16 my doctor said she’s fine with a 16 but they like it around 20

Has anyone ever been through something similar and had a successful outcome
