my parents won't take me to the doctors. I feel crazy!

Okay so I can only see 90% in my right eye but I can see 100% in my left eye and I have to get it checked out but the doctor is on vacation (it's been months) . anyway I have had what I thought I woke up to "white spiders" they'd freak me out an I'd completely wake up nothing was there of course. but I just about 5 minutes ago..I woke up to a static coming close to me ...I thought it was a spider again but no...it looked like this but like actual static

no I'm not on drugs. and no I haven't been drinking. I'm just gonna assume I'm crazy. if anyone else had this and know what this means please tell me.
