Up 17 pounds at 20 weeks
I keep planning on eating healthy and exercising, but then I go to work....my job causes me to eat crappy because I dislike it so much. One of my coworkers brings in baked goods for all the nurses every day. It's so hard to avoid. Plus I have to wake up at 4:30 am every other week so it's difficult to have energy for working out on those days.
I have gained more weight than I'd like already and it causes me such anxiety thinking about standing on the scale at every doctor appointment. My OB is nice but she makes me feel crappy for my weight gain.
I need encouragement and any suggestions to help me kick these unhealthy cravings. Help.
