I'm seeking for advice

Ladies i have a critical situation here... My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year now but I am not that happy anymore he makes me feel like he doesn't care about me he used to text me all the time after he cheated on me several times( he flirted with plenty of females... He was on dating apps claiming his self single to all these females )and the love is not the same but I just don't want to start from scratch I feel like I just wasted a lot of time well I've been talking to an ex of mine we broke up because I needed space.. Anyways he's in the military and he's always wanting to see me wanting to spend time with me even if it ain't sexual on the other hand my bf always tells me to come over we have sex and I leave he goes out a lot and since I don't trust him I think the worse on the other case my ex has been reaching out he's been wanting to hang out wanting me to spend the night even if we don't do nothing sexual I just to come over and make him company he's family is not out here and sometimes needs that love he would always want to spend time with me. My bf changed a lot.. I don't know what to do!!
