Do I have a UTI?

I've been peeing a lot more then usually and when I have to pee I GOTTA GO. It doesn't hurt to pee but when I'm done it feels like I've been holding pee in all day like I'm not quite done, which kind of hurts for a few seconds. My urine really only smells when I have my first pee, but not everytime. (I just went pee and I kind of feel like I have to go again) I've never had a UTI so I'm not entirely sure, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. I know I'm not pregnant because I'm on my period and I know it's not an std because I've been with my boyfriend 1yr & 4 months, and we didn't have std's. So do I have a uti? And how do I get rid of it?
