Is my baby kicking? Or is it something else? 🤔

I'm a little confused to be fair! I've felt my baby kick and I can tell when it's kicked but sometimes during the day I'll get a twitch in my stomach or a muscle spasm kinda feeling? Is that the baby moving or is it something else?

Ima ftm and honestly couldn't tell the difference between kicks and gas/stomach rumbles until 30 weeks. Then they without a doubt became kicks.

I think it's the baby moving. I get the same thing and it makes me wonder as well. But, I've never noticed anything like it when I wasn't pregnant. They've got both arms and legs so there's a lot of places they can hit or kick. And they don't have to do it repeatedly, just once. When my baby started kicking, it felt like muscle spasms, but now I know that it was the baby.
