Sick of acne

Okay, I really need to vent and get suggestions...

I've had acne since I was 9, and am now nearly 18, and the acne shows no sign of going away. I've tried almost everything there is to try to get rid of acne, save accutane. I'm currently on hormonal BC, using light therapy, and wash and moisturize my face twice daily. For the past two weeks, I've had huge amounts of cystic acne along my entire jaw line and forehead, and where there isn't cystic acne, there is an abundance of whiteheads and blackheads covering the rest of my face and upper neck.

I'm planning on calling the doctors office to book an appointment with a dermatologist soon, but I don't know how long it'll be till I can get in and hopefully be able to get accutane. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to try and deal with my acne that could help? I'm at the point of desperate, and absolutely hate my face because of the acne.
