Bleeding at 35 weeks

So today I had some cramping and felt like I needed to #2. When I wiped there was some watery red blood just as I wiped. I wear a panty liner everyday bc ever since I've been pregnant I have tons of discharge. When I checked my liner there was brown watery blood on it. After that there was no cramping or contractions or anything. A few hours later I had to #2 again and I had some brown spotting afterwards. Baby's moving fine and still no discomfort. I have an appointment tomorrow anyway so I didn't call. Anyone had experience with this? I haven't had a speck of bleeding all pregnancy.
