Csection or no ?

Insights on Csection? My doctor said he’s been thinking about scheduling me a Csection but I’m so scared!!!! Any advice or recommendations

C sections are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I'm going on my fourth and honestly they were all a breeze and I was up and moving with all three the same day.

Avoid it unless it's medically NEEDED. Unless you're choosing to do it.. But don't be pressured into it. The recovery (I hear) is so much worse than a vaginal delivery.

I had a C-Section in 2016 because my son's head was 14cm and he was 9lbs! I would not have had one had it not been medically needed. That being said there are pros and cons to both. I'm very happy that I didn't get a 4th degree tear trying to birth my son and potentially have bowel issues the rest of my life. My lady parts are exactly as they were before! My recovery was longer and it took about 6 months for my stomach to look normal. I was exercising on the precor by 4 weeks post c section and running and doing pure barre at 6 weeks. I plan to have another c section in march.

vaginal delivery any day over a C section. I will only go for it if medically needed or it's an emergency

I would pick a c-section over a vaginal delivery ANY DAY. My vaginal delivery with my 9 year old was an absolute nightmare. My c-section with my 2 year old was a breeze. Recovery was a little tough but if you stay on top of pain medication and rest as you are supposed to it’s not bad. I’m actually not the least bit nervous fir my next section in March!

I had an emergency c-section with our son. The recovery is definitely NOT fun! I will have another c-section at the beginning of Dec with this little girl. 
I'm more worried about my c-section recovery with having a newly 2yr old and a new born. 
There are certainly pluses with them too. If you have to do one, it will be ok!!

For me it was not that bad.  I was up and walk about 12 hours after.  My 12 hours in labor before sucked.
