Unexplained pain.. help??

Hey all,

So last night, I woke up around 3:20am with excruciating pain below my breast, right in the center. It felt sharp and like... burning? It was at least an 8/10 on a scale. I could barely breathe. Then I forced myself to get up and went to pee, and I felt some relief. So, I fell back to sleep, and woke up about 10 minutes later, same pain but even more intense to the point where I was not physically able to get up and walk it off. I basically just sat there crying for like probably a little over five minutes in agony. When it passed, I fell back to sleep in the position I was sitting in (which was mostly upright, on my back) and it didn't happen again. Any clues as to what this might have been? Should I be worried? Also I'm 25w5d.
