beginner to exercise
so I'm currently trying to change my lifestyle and eat healthier and start working out at home. I'm following (trying) workouts from an app. I find working out do hard! I'm sluggish, feel heavy and blah, I'm so weak. I actually find it physically hard to get my body moving. I give up after about 5 mins if that. I'm so new to this and I already want to give up. I want to learn to enjoy it and want it to be easier what's some advice people?
