The First pic was Thanksgiving 2016. It's the only pic I have of me since I had gained a lot of weight. I was very uncomfortable and didn't like taking pics. The second pic is now and I'm so proud of my results thus far. That is an old jacket that I couldn't even get an arm in. I have a little ways to go but I'm 47 lbs down and I'm 20 away from my goal! 💪🏾
