Step sis in law job interview

So I got my "future" step sister in law a job interview at my work. I thought she would be great with kids (it's at a pediatrician office). She wasn't fully qualified but will probably offer her a full time position where i work part time. I don't think that job will be great for her because she can be immature and it's a position where that is NOT allowed. Also when she came in for her interview she rolled her eyes (which she does a lot but I didn't think she would at work!!!! Esp an interview) to the supervisor of front administration. So now I'm gonna feel bad if she does t get the job but should I tell her to be aware of eye rolling? I want her to succeed in life and this will help her and my step brother save money. How would I say it without being offensive? But if she will have a bad attitude at work I don't want to blamed.
