Pain medication ........ Help

So by now y'all know I serve sprained my ankle/foot I'm in a walking boot because I can't put much pressure on it I still can't walk without the boot...... So anyways I was prescribed Tylenol 3s (they make me very very sleepy and like my head is in the clouds & that's just from me taking a HALF) so then I decided to take Morton over the counter well same problem I'm very sleepy after just a half and if I don't take any pain medicine.. my ankle/foot throbs and hurts...... So I'm wondering what else can I try to take? & Yes I called the Pharmacy and they said that's all I can take so I'm lost because I have baby and I can't keep being sleepy.... Yes I understand I injured my ankle but it wasn't on purpose someone (I think it was a guy) stepped on my foot and I really HATE taking pills so besides ice and resting it can I take or use something a little more natural..... Help
