Belly binders after c-section?

Did you use your belly binder after a c-section? The hospital gave me one. Does it help? How long are you suppose to wear it? And how tight should I put it? Lol lots of questions

I really liked the support of the binder after my c-section. I’m one week PP today and for the past couple days I’ve been wearing a Bellefit corset-type binder. It’s much better than the hospital binder and has made it easier to move around and take care of my twins with pretty minimal pain.

I didn't. It irritated my skin. I had to wear one in the hospital and was so happy when I was told I didn't need to wear it after 2 days.

I Found it pretty uncomfortable it helped maybe first couple days then I ditched it
