Natural ways to induce labor?!

Hi ladies! I'm a FTM. Currently 1cm, 70%effaced, -2 stationed, and very very soft. My Dr. told me to do everything I can this weekend to go into labor naturally! She's leaving out of town for a conference and we're hoping I go into labor this weekend! I tried walking, pineapple, sex, spicy foods, bouncing on my birth ball. Anything else that I can do safely? TIA lady's!

I was curious to know what it felt like so I used it for 5 minutes one night and not even thinking anything and I went into the labor the next morning

Walk! I had started having contractions during family game night, thought nothing of it because it was just like faint, not even irritating, pressure bubbles almost. Between walking to the car, up stairs, down stairs, basically over and over, it jump started everything from those little bubbles to intense crawling across the floor to wake up my bf contractions within a few hrs.

I know some people swear by pedicures (reflexology) and others swear by eggplant parm... I have no idea how or why either of these might work, but who doesn't like a yummy meal and good foot massage? My first day of maternity leave I plan to do both (I'll be 39.3) cause I figure it can't hurt. Other than that it sounds like you've tried... maybe lots of squats?

i ate tacos the night before labor..haha 😂 but ive heard walking stairs is good.
