Ovulation?!

Hi ladies! I was wondering who else uses the ovulation strips? This is my first time, I have PCOS and it was getting expensive buying the digital ovulation tests so I figured I'd try these. But I'm confused and a little frustrated because I don't know if I already ovulated or if I'm reading the tests the right way 😩 the app is telling me I should start my ovulation window on October 4th but because of my PCOS I don't want to go based off of just that. These are my strips so far if you can just take a look and give me some pointers id really appreciate it! Thank you 😊
