I was having a sexual dream but I was kinda awake so I felt this feeling of pressure being rushed out in my vagina like I was peeing. But I woke up a while later and wasn't wet. I don't if it could've dried by then or what but please tell me what happened cus I'm confused lol and no I didn't pee my pants
