My October baby in Sept

Took me a while to post but my little guy was born Thursday 9/21 a little less than 3 weeks early. His original due date was 10/9. I was brought in Wednesday morning to be induced with cytotec and labored alllll day. Contractions were not that bad until the second dose of cytotec. My doula was there to help me labor especially with having to stay on the bed on my back the first 2 hours after each dose of cytotec. Labor was really intense, more intense than I remember having my first child. I screamed so much I was hoarse for a week after. But after getting pitocin around 1am the next day I finally kicked into gear and he was born with just a few pushes at 3:19am. He had low blood sugar initially and had to be really stimulated to cry for the first time but after they worked with him for about 10 minutes and I got him to latch his blood sugar came right up. He was jaundice so we spent a miserable 24 hours under the lights which he hated! But after 4 days we were sent home. Jackson 7lbs 8oz
