Cramping

Took 5 tests yesterday all blatantly positive with dark lines, but cramping like I'm going to start my period. According to my LMP it would put me at 6 weeks. Is cramping like this normal? Or could it be possible for these to be false positives? I don't want to get my hopes up if I could potentially not be pregnant or be having a miscarriage. I've read a lot about miscarriages or PCOS causing false positives.
