sex anxiety

I have been sexualy active for 8 years and never got passed my anxiety (during sex I enjoy it but I can't do anything my husband does all the work I just can't he tells me it's ok start slowly but I can't I have tried but nothing works I just freeze what do I do I don't want to be like this anymore I can't satisfy my husband :( help me 😔
