Help me march mommies

I don’t know what is going on, but a day and a half ago I spotted some blood, I just noticed it on my panty liner and when I wiped. Now a day and a half later, again some red spotting when I wipe. Wtf is going on? I feel no pain. Just stuff back pain but I’ve had that for days before this crap already. My husband and I haven’t had sexual in 3 weeks cause he said the last time we did I had a miscarry at 5 weeks. But this time I’ve been normal. What’s wrong with me? Has anyone else had this? I’m 14 weeks almost 15
