so I also use the fertility app fertility friend. And I am so pissed off have that app. I paid for a year roughly a month ago and now everything was cancelled can't access any of my information still opens up with the same email. Got a hold of customer service and they claim they have no record of my purchase. I sent them the emailed receipt they have not replied. FYI I do not recommend using fertility friend they will screw you over
