please help I'm so lost
I wanna get emancipated but idk really how I just I can't keep dealing with the shit I have to deal with at my house my mom and my step dad have had cps come in 3 times and they never find anything and I get placed back with them I've tried to see if I can go live with my dad full time but he doesn't have the money to take it to court cause we know my mom won't give up her rights and I just idk what to do please help
