Hello I’m 26 trying to conceive I’ve been off of depo the last 6 years had Nuva ring for about a year after that I’ve been off birth control completely for about 6 months. Do you have any over the counter remedies to increase fertility or any advice at all I’d greatly appreciate it

Vitex is supposed to help. I took one month of the low dose and no bfp tho. Will try the higher dose this month before our fertility appt. it's a natural herb. I got mine off amazon.

If you have t seen your obgyn yet, def make an appointment so they can run tests to make sure there’s nothing working against you. I’ve been TCC for 18 months now and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that I made my appointment only after a few months of trying
