I would say I'm trying to punish him but if he's hurt my feelings I'm definitely not trying to have sex and most likely want him to leave me alone for a bit.

I would never “punish” a SO like a child and take away something he likes . We are adults and we are gonna act that way.

Depends what he’s done
We always talk though and always make sure everything is resolved before night time so we don’t go to sleep on unresolved terms 
But sometimes if I’m really annoyed with him I like to ease him then go to sleep 😂💁🏼
