How to get rid of bed bugs for good asap. HELP!!!

So me and my boyfriend live with his dad and grandparents. We rent a room and the house is infested with bed bugs. We were supposed to be moving and getting a 2 bedroom with his dad while his grandparents got their own place. But I guess my boyfriend and his dad agreed that we would live their for another year if his grandparents signed the lease. So now we are stuck in this house for another year and our baby is due in December.... we are going to try and get rid of them... but I need to know how to get rid of them in the whole house for good. We got rid of them once and they came back. If we get rid of them and they come back again. I'm leaving... I get bit up BAD. and I'm not gonna have our baby getting bit up too. I don't want to have to make the decision on moving out even if he stays but I'll kind of have no choice. So can someone tell me how to get rid of them for good. Thank you in advance
