why does moles appear on our body?

how can i prevent them from appearing???

so my nose has about 4 moles on it and i been very insecure with my self. I know they are “beauty marks” but those “beauty marks” are making me insecure and i don’t want to go out at all to places.

how can i get rid of them? my moles on my nose are all flat moles. 1 weird one on the tip of my nose.. it looks like a pimple mole that’s been there since when i was small 4th grade.
