Scared to tell my parents

So today I got called down to the office and got a bus conduct warning. I got a warning for moving seats. It also said standing up but I never stood up the whole time we were moving. But the only reason I moved seats was because I dropped my phone, and it slid back. I hopped behind me to grab it. This is my first one ever , but I am really nervous to tell my parents and what they will say . Any advice?
