sounds like sexually assult to me but it wasnt to my mom when I was 11 😤

When i was 11 one day I was at my grandma's house where i lived and my mom was there visiting and her boyfriend ... well ... My uncle called and needed me to watch his 3 kids while he went to go have his car fixed at the shop the day before that so he wanted my mom's boyfriend to take him .. well as it was just me and my mom's boyfriend in the car alone I sat in the front with him ... and at the light on my way to my uncle's house .. he turns out of the blues and tells me .. " Just Beleive in your heart I'll always be your dad " and rubs my boob Instead of touching my heart as if I thought that's why he put his hand on my chest ... and when I told my aunt she wanted to kill him! And she told my mom and my mom cried like a little bitch sayying don't call the cops on him please ! And for 11 years they stayed togther after that and broke up 3 months ago due to her new intentions with a guy on Facebook so was it sexually assult ? or was my mom right and he didn't mean it like that 😂😂😠😠
