Period Or Serious?!

Ok so I kinda need some help here if anyone knows what to do please let me know even if you aren't sure it's relevant , anything helps.

I keep getting utis (I'm always hygienic don't worry) and today I got blood in my pee. I'm due to come on my period any day now but it's not coming from the birth hole I'm pretty sure it's from my urethra , if anyone has had anything similar please let me know it would be greatly appreciated.
