How many mom's have medication as part of their treatment for PPD?
I've had depression and anxiety for many, many years, and after our baby was born it's been a rollercoaster of dealing with PPD. I received therapy for a year prior to his birth, but it didn't help and she suggested medicating; I just can't bring myself to ask my Dr.
