Should I be worried?

I have gone weekly to my fertility doctor to get blood and scans testing went and baby is measuring 9w 5d and today is 10 weeks... is this something I should be worried about? The doctor and nurse said everything looked great yesterday

I don't think that amount of difference is worrisome!!

Not at all. Perfectly normal for baby to measure ahead or behind by as much as a week or so. Variations in ovulation and implantation account for the difference.
