Antral follicle count! What’s a good number to have?

Ok so I’m wondering what is a good number to have to get pregnant. I recently had an ultrasound to see how many I have while I was on my period and I got to go back soon if I get a positive ovulation test to see if any are getting ready to release. I had 13 total follicles. 6 on the right and 7 on the left. I’ve looked online and the only thing I really find is IVF probability information. Which mine falls kind of low I guess in that regards. But what’s my chances that this is the reason I’m not pregnant yet? I know they will talk with me soon. But dang it I’m so impatient and starting to become an emotional wreck waiting for answers. 😳🤣🙄😭 Any information is more than welcome.
