12 week scan today and terrified due to friends experience!

I personally believe I'm measuring 11 weeks 4 days as I had two scans at 6 weeks and 7 weeks (there is a walk in scan service near where I live)

But I'm terrified in the past 4 weeks I might have MMC

My best friend was 4 weeks ahead of me and she found out at her 12 week scan her baby died at 9 weeks now I'm terrified when I go today at 4pm (uk time) it's going to be the same... and having to tell DH family who will just try and be religious and not understand my grief

How can I relax????? Will it be abdominal or transvaginal again???? Xxxxx
