Being made redundent

I have found out this morning that my care home is closing down in 3 months time, problem is they wont pay reduncey money unless you have been there for 2 years they will close in december, and i would have been there for 2 years in january so I am just missing out on that payment and and i am 12 weeks pregnant so I wont even get my maternity pay either. I am just going t be left with nothing because of a months difference!! like is that even allowed?! i am so upset i dont know what to do!! sorry but i had to vent
