Bleeding at 5wks

Ok last week confirmed from the doctor and blood test I was pregnant about five weeks . Hcg level was 26 got told I was in very early stage of pregnancy and repeated m blood on Friday. Had sex on Friday night Saturday morning and boyfriend said I was very tight and my cervix was high up. So early hours this morning started bleeding a little with cramps and been a&e; this morning to have pregnancy test again to be told it’s negative and have water infection. Completely scared after having miscarriage last month. Now could my hcg level still be up after miscarriage last time? Confused.com
